Finn und Sebastian gründeten BRACE Productions im Frühjahr 2018. Aus einer Reihe gemeinsamer Projekte wurde schnell ein perfekt funktionierendes und stetig wachsenden Team, das inzwischen mehr als 1000 Veranstaltungen betreut.

Finn Zitscher

Growing up on the rough German North Sea coast, Finn showed a strong interest in music and the associated technology early on, which was particularly evident in the form of active participation in music projects. Countless concert visits later, the dream of spending the first night in a sleeper coach would soon become reality…

After graduating from high school and a short excursion as a nurse, training as an event manager followed at the Karsten Jahnke Konzertdirektion with various large projects such as the Handball World Cup in Germany and the implementation of local events in Hamburg. In 2009 he moved to Warner Music’s newly founded concert agency Neuland Concerts. Finn helped set up the company Neuland Concerts and established it on the market with tours with, among others, Bruno Mars, Wiz Khalifa, Jason Derulo, Biffy Clyro,… and special events such as Udo Lindenberg’s MTV Unplugged. In 2013, he completed further training to become a master of event technology and took over the management of the production department at Neuland Concerts, which was now able to offer a full production service across Europe for international artists such as Wiz Khalifa, Jason Derulo and Russ, and the global production management for the German number 1 artist Robin Schulz and were also able to position themselves extensively in the corporate events market.

After leaving Neuland Concerts in 2017, Finn worked as a freelance production manager on worldwide tours for Biffy Clyro, Robin Schulz, Olafur Arnalds and Kiasmos.

At the beginning of 2018, Finn and Sebastian started the project and production management for Udo Lindenberg MTV Unplugged Vol II together for the first time as BRACE Productions and can look back on a variety of events, tours and special projects. Finn is responsible for Artist & Touring at Brace Productions and oversees concert tours around the world with his team. What sets Finn apart is his motivation to push himself to the limit on every topic in order to achieve the best possible result and to defy the special challenges of live touring with a love of detail.

Sebastian Koch

Sebastian has been working in the event sector since the early 2000s. Starting with the organization of small concerts in his hometown Kassel, his path led him to Hamburg in 2005, where he completed his training as an event technology specialist and worked as a sound engineer.
Tour management, production management and event organization have been Sebastian’s main field of activity since 2013. At BRACE Productions, he is responsible for corporate events and special projects as well as the online events division.
His clients include Warner Music Germany, Deutsche Bahn, Körber Foundation and Volkswagen Foundation.

Marc Malkewitz

Der gebürtige Berliner ist seit 2012 in der Veranstaltungsbranche tätig. Seither organisierte Marc als örtlicher Produktionsleiter Clubshows, Arenaproduktionen und Festivals, überwiegend in Hamburg. Nachdem er 2019 Teil von BRACE wurde, wirkte er u.a. als Stagemanager bei Udo Lindenbergs MTV Unplugged II mit und ist heute national und international als Produktionsleiter für Künstler wie Robin Schulz und Johannes Oerding tätig

René Dlugosiewicz

Leonie Jörgensen

Leo ist seit 2018 in der Musikindustrie tätig. Zunächst arbeitet sie als Projektmanagerin für Live-Events, als Day to Day Managerin sowie im Bereich Pre-Production. 2022 wird sie Teil von BRACE Productions und unterstützt das Team unter anderem in den Bereichen Travel-Advancing und Produktion für Künstler*innen wie Robin Schulz oder Ólafur Arnalds. Seit 2023 arbeitet sie vermehrt als Tourmanagerin, insbesondere für Wincent Weiss und ClockClock. Zudem ist sie an der Organisation und Durchführung von Veranstaltungen für Unternehmen wie beispielsweise Warner Music Germany oder die Körber-Stiftung beteiligt.
